How All-on-4 works

To properly evaluate your case, we start with a consultation and diagnostic appointment: X-rays, impressions, and scans that determine your treatment plan and whether you need extractions.

On surgery day, any necessary extractions happen first — and your new teeth are fitted and adjusted in that same appointment:

• Four titanium implants are placed in the jaw, secured by the bone. Because only four implants are used, the surgery takes less time and is less invasive.
• The implants are strategically positioned in the jawbone to maximize support and stability, anchoring a custom-made set of teeth.
• We work with your existing bone structure by angulating the rear implants — which is why bone grafting is seldom required, even with some bone loss.
• Abutments are attached to fasten and adjust your new teeth for maximum comfort and function.
• You leave the office with your new smile in place.
